In app purchases won't load.

Hello everyone,

I've had this problem for 2 weeks now and it seems whatever I do, nothing seems to fix it. Every time I try and purchase something, the game will says it's loading and nothing will happen. This has happened in every game I have. I have tried different Apple IDs but the purchase screen will still not come up. I've tried rebooting my phone several times and logging out of my Apple ID to see if they will ask me to sign in to purchase, but they don't. I don't have restrictions enabled on my phone. The only option I haven't tried is to completely reset my phone. I have a iPhone 6s and its running on iOS 9.

Hi Scyrina,

I understand that when you try to make an in-app purchase, the purchase screen never shows up. I know it's important to be able to get new content for your devices, so I'm happy to help.

Are you able to download apps from the App Store currently, even free ones? Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling any one of these games?

I would first recommend updating your iPhone to be sure that your software is compatible:

Update the iOS software on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Then check out the "Get more help" section of this article, including contacting iTunes support if necessary:

Get more help

If you can't make an in-app purchase, try updating your payment information.

Learn how to turn off or require a password for in-app purchases.

Hi,

I also have had this problem for about 2.5 years now... I have done several updates since then and have even been through 2 different phones. Can someone please advise what the issue is?
