Grey Marks in iMac Retina 4K display

My iMac 21.5 retina 4K display (Late 2015) have developed strange grey marks on both bottom coroners. I am worried about these marks why these have developed on these expensive machines just within few months of purchasing. Is it a manufacturing defect? Or a sudden pixel problem? What can be done now ? My iMac is still under warranty, does it need LCD display replacement? User uploaded file

Yes I am going to contact Apple support team as it is still under warranty, but I am also interested in to learn what is this problem actually? In case they replace Display panel, what are chances it won't happen to the new display. Also is it a common and known problem or it is just me having these grey, dusty marks ? If this is a real dust particles? Or screen marks? How dust can enter behind the glass ?
