Poor write performance in Bootcamp

I noticed after I installed Windows 10 via Bootcamp that my write speeds are extremely low. I ran some benchmarks on the Windows side and found that my read speeds are roughly around 1900 MB/s which is great but my write speeds are maxing out at 250 MB/s. Went back to the Mac side and ran some benchmarks and found that the read and write and both around 1900 MB/s. This seems to be an issue on the Windows side only which makes me believe Apple needs to release a driver update for their SSDs on the Windows side.

The same issue exists with the Samsung 950/960 Pro where you have to install a NVMe driver to gain full performance of the SSD on a Windows machine.

Has anyone else encountered this issue or even bothered to check it out? If you have Bootcamp installed, please run a benchmark test on your SSD and report your results.
