I recently rented a movie and it won't even begin to download. It is in the "TV" app on my iPad and next to it is the blue and white download cloud and arrow. When I push it, it gets transparent like it's going to start downloading but then it just goes back to the original icon. No loading spin or pause button ever comes up. I have more than PLENTY of room on my iPad and I'm frustrated why it won't even tell me what is wrong.

Try this is this order.
If that still doesn't work, have you tried going into the iTunes app and download it in there?
Close the TV app, launch it again and then try to download the movie again.
Press the Home button two times quickly. You'll see small previews of your recently used apps. Swipe left to find the app you want to close. Swipe up on the app's preview to close it.
I've tried that. I have also restarted my iPad twice to see if that will help but it still does the same thing every time I try to download.
