safari 10.0.2 loading tab replaces the focused one

Since the last update to 10.0.2. (10602.3.12.0.1) everytime I open a page from the URL-Bar and switch to an opened one whilst loading, the opened and now focused tab gets replaced by the new tab when finished loading.

Is this a known issue?

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.2), null

Is this still a thing on Yosemite, cause I want to go back to it and leave Sierra for good....
