Does the milanese loop band come in a shorter length for the 42mm?

Does the Milanese loop band come in a shorter length? I have tiny wrists but prefer the 42mm watch. The Milanese loop wraps all the way around and the watch is still too loose. Is there an option for a shorter length on the band?
