I lost my apple id help me to unlock my apple 6

please help me to unlock my apple 6 phone

i did rest my phone all content and settings before rest i keep back up to my desktop using i tunes

now its requesting my apple id and password to start it

i only remember my apple password i dont have access to my gmail account also

i only remember one security question answer

can you help me to find out my apple id (sxxxxx@icloud.com)
