Disable Pages Update Notification

Pages keeps telling me there is an update available, but I can't install it because my hardware isn't supported. Can I disable the notification?


I'm using a 2009 MacBook Pro, which is performing totally fine otherwise.

MacBook Pro, OS X El Capitan (10.11.6), Apple Pages

This is my setting in El Capitan's System Preferences : App Store panel. I would not recommend disabling these check marked items shown here as they are essential to the ongoing health of the operating system, and its built-in security processes:

After a reboot, I no longer receive the “a newer version of Pages is available...” messages.
