can't delete alias files

i have so many alias showing up on all my files from finder

I tried dragging these files to trash or even use command + delete to remove 'em but it would not just go to trash.

Just stuck there.

I searched online of course, some ppl suggested using "sudo rm " and drag alias file to it

and this is what I got

rm [-f | -i] [-dPRrvW] file ...

unlink file

Thank you guys in advance!!!

To find the original item for an alias : choose file > right click over the file > show original or can use press command + R .

To remove an alias : select the alias file ,press command + info , it will prompt to enter the admin name & password select the inside files & delete , now the alias file is empty , again right click on the file & move to trash .

Restart the machine & empty the trash .

An article for it : macOS Sierra: Create and use aliases
