Does this app require monthly fee?
I still think Mom needs a more specialized system, one that has fall alert.

The built-in Emergency SOS feature on Apple Watch does not require a fee.
However, the Apple Watch needs to be paired with and connected to an iPhone 5 or newer, which will need cellular service.
