Billing problem with a previous purchase.
Some time ago i bought a app and now when u want to update it it says that there is a billing problem with a previous purchase and i must change the payment method. I know that i must add a different card where i have money, but what if i don't have another card either a money left in my card.
Truly i deleted the app by hopping that I can install it from different ID account, but i failed it, and now i can't reinstall it in my own ID account. Please help!!!
