iPhone 6s battery issue

My iPhone 6s has suddenly had battery issues. My battery charges extremely slow, it overheats with normal use, and dies a lot more quickly than usual. Any ideas of what is causing this?

Hi

Go to support.apple.com

They will send you a post paid box to send iPhone in for a battery check / replacement . Mine only took 4 days use SIMCARD in other phone if you have one .
