App Store Error 1009 still exists in Sudan

App Store Error 1009 still exists in Sudan despite of Sudan sanctions being liftet from today 17 January.

Why we still getting error 1009 in Sudan?

How much time should be passed before apple solve this issue?

There isn't an iTunes Store in Sudan, which means that you must currently have a different country on your account (you have to be in a country to use its store) - until if/when Apple open an iTunes Store there (you already know that you are only talking to fellow users on here, we won't know if/when that might happen until Apple announce something) and you can put your real address on your account, or you move to a country that has an iTunes Store, you won't be able to download iTunes content.
