My I phone has started having the "Slide to Power Off" continuously pop up. The power button on the side doesn't seem to be working properly anymore either. Phone was not dropped or damaged.
Any fixes out there?

After reviewing your post, it appears that your iPhone 6 isn't working as expected. You're having to deal with the "slide to power off" message and the Sleep/Wake button isn't responding correctly.
