I have the iPhone 7 rose gold, and I noticed this gap beetween the metal and the screen. I can take a piece of paper and stick it in the gap I also noticed there is stuff gathering in the gap. I have sent it to apple and they sent me it back not fixed. So I called Apple care again and sent this picture provided to the guy I was talking to, and he got everything set up to where I sent my phone to them to be fixed . On the apple repair status it says that the "original product shipped" I am upset and disappointed because it said this the last time I sent my phone in for the same issue ,and they sent me my phone not fixed. I am very lost and do not know what to do anymore. This is the second time I sent my iPhone to them to be fixed and they haven't done anything about the issue. I dont know what to do when I get my phone back? Does anyone have any advice I love nowhere near an Apple Store?
