If I take off my apple watch 2 during a workout. Such as when I need to wear my wrist wraps it automatically pauses. I wear a chest strap heart rate monitor and I want it to continue to record during those times. Any help would be nice.

Apple Watch is intended to be worn on the top of your wrist when recording workouts.
It is normal for your watch to pause a workout if it is removed from your wrist.

I got that however I wear a chest monitor and sometime when do a Snatch or an overhead motion or anything with kettlebells. I have to take it off. I want to know if I can get it to keep recording my heart rate and time I spend working out even if I take it off.
Turn off the passcode. In Watch App on phone go to "passcode"
Turn off wrist detection. In The Settings App on the Watch go to "general" then "wrist detection"
It makes the Watch less secure and will be unable to install a cc for Apple Pay, but it will continue to record while off wrist.
