I would like to buy a car cigarette lighter USB adapter for my iPhone 5s, but I have read on the web that I have to be careful because it may damage the battery of the Iphone. So,my question is what spec should I be looking at as far as mA and volts to charge my iPhone 5S safely and efficiently?
