Keychain Pop Ups

Hi folks, we're posting this in the OS Yosemite group, because our current affected user is working in Yosemite, but we've seen this in also El Capitan and Sierra with Active Directory mobile accounts. When a user goes to change their AD password from the Change Password button in System Preferences > Users & Groups, after they reboot and log back in, they're inundated with Keychain popups asking for the old password. We were told to change an AD password successfully to change it from System Prefs. And not the change password button that appears when the user first logs in. I believe its called the PasswordWindow Login Expiration window/popup.

Any ideas on why this is happening?

If you are frequently asked to unlock your keychain, your user password may be out of sync with the keychain login password. When a new user is created, the user password and the keychain login password are the same. When you log in to your computer, Keychain Access automatically unlocks the login keychain and there is no need for you to unlock your keychain.

Under some circumstances, if, for example, the user password is changed, it can get out of sync with the keychain login password.
