I want to buy the kogan referb iphone 6s plus. Only because you can not buy them on apple Australia (you can in America :-() On the American apple site you can also add apple care to a referb iphone which would be great. Now I was wondering if because the iphone is apple certified I could add apple care to that product as well? It would be with in the 60 days where you can add it but maybe not because....

If you are not buying it directly from Apple it is most likely not an Apple Refurbished Product. If it is it was bought through the grey market and you only have 60 days to get AppleCare + for it. You will need to contact Apple to do this.
If it is not an Apple refurbished model you will not be able to add AppleCare to it.
