Any way to use AirPods to boost mic, like hearing aids?

There are these 2 apps i tried that you can use as heraing aids: Fennex Augmented hearing app, and Petralex.

Both perform same to use iphone and headphone as hearing aids or hearing booster.

Anyway if you want to use specifically Airpods to enhance sounds, i suggest you Fennex because its better optimized for Airpods, as they claim in their site, also graphical interface looks quite nice and intuitive, so you might use this app to the best after few minutes.

The output sound is good both with earbuds and Airpods (that is what you mainly asked )!

If you are interested in a perfect quality i reccomend you to take a look to the many features that it offers, such as equalizer and several sound enhancer, that you could only know using Fenex.
