I understand the difference between ProRes 422 at 1920x1080x60i is a max 145 Mbps vs 220 Mbps with HQ.
Most of my video is shot in 1920x1080x60i. From an experienced editor's perspective, which format would you recommend using and why? Thanks for any thoughts or advise you may have here!

It all depends on the source, how much post processing you require and where the final product will be displayed.
If you are recording raw footage from a very high end camera (Alexia, Red) and will be working with Resolve, Color or other subtle image altering software, the HQ version may be useful.
If you are recording from or converting from a camera that has recorded some variant of H.264 and are generally editing in straight cuts, LT is all you need. You won't see any difference as the original material has already been stepped on fairly significantly.
If you have unlimited disk space, use whatever feels good. Just remember, they are all 4:2:2 - with the exception of ProRes Animation (4:4:4).
