iMessage - Facetime Activation in Iran

Dear community,

I live in Iran and have an iPhone 6s. We can't activate our iMessage and Facetime features with Iranian phone numbers, which is fine to me. I reckon I can live without those two. Apparently, iMessage and Facetime can't live without me.

I keep receiving these annoying pop-up messages asking me to activate my phone number. I've tried turning off both features but the pop-up still won't leave me in peace.

Any ideas?

At this point I would try Restoring the iPhone as a new device (not from your backup) and test it to see if you have the same issue.
