Can I re-enter a free digital movie code I got with a movie I bought at the store into iTunes?

There was an error in redeeming a free digital movie code that came with a new movie I bought from Fox Digital HD movies. In iTunes, there's no "cloud" icon to download it to my iMac to watch the movie - can I re-enter redemption code? When I re-enter the redemption code, a message says the code has already been entered. When I click on the movie, it says the movie can't be found 😟 Any advice on how I can re-redeem the movie?

The code may have been for a movie that is no longer available in the iTunes Store. Rights holders can remove movies from the store at any time and without warning. If the code was for one such movie you may not be able to get the digital copy.

What movie was it?

You can report an issue with the redeemed code at http://reportaproblem.apple.com and see if they can help you out.
