Why so many com.Apple.WebKit.WebContent wakeups while idle? 200x average!!!

Found this in my diagnostics today and can't rationalize an explanation. ALL that was open in safari in the background at the of this report this am was a single window signed into a gmail account. I can paste full summary but figured this too sample of code might be enough. I have no apps installed on than FB and Instagram which may have also been running in the background at the time but I'm pretty good about keeping apps closed when not in use. Definitely didn't have a ton of processes running, plus phone was restored clean with latest update yesterday.

45003 wake ups over 216 seconds just seems like a **** of a lot. Final note - went through an identity theft hack of the century a couple months ago to the point of having to replace hardware, change ISP's, etc, so I'm naturally paranoid now but again, new device, nothing third party beyond FB and Insta running. Can't figure it out.
