how to remove mplayer OS X extended

hello, recently i just found that my mbp 13" have application player OS X extended.

is it a virus? because i never installed that app.

i already delete the app by dragging it into trash bin. but when i try to play movies, the app keep showing up.

i couldn't find any trace of the app in my mac, but it keep showing as "default movie player"

i try to use search on it. and what i found is just this javascript script file. do i need to delete this also? please help this is so frustrating
