I have no launchpad and holding down on the icon doesn't make them jiggle but brings up option to share! I need to delete the apps. iphone6s plus.

Why not? What happens when you follow the steps listed earlier?
Make sure Deleting Apps has not been restricted in Settings->General->Restrictions->Deleting Apps.
Okay you're welcome! If you have a screensaver it may be interfering somehow with the 3D Touch.
If your screen starts acting weird I would suggest contacting Apple Support with the link above.
