connect iphone7 plus to itunes

I just recently got the iPhone 7 plus. it won't connect to my iTunes an i have the latest version 12.4.3 ? please help.

Hi

For iTunes to be able to connect with your iPhone 7 Plus (which is running iOS 10 or newer), your computer must be running iTunes version 12.5.1 or newer:
