I just followed the instructions posted by Phil and I was able to write a review in the App Store.
I did all that it is not coming up
What exactly happens when you try? Where does it stop? After what step?
You need to explain exactly what is happening?
When I try to send the review it just goes back to we're the download page for the app and trying to write a review to the app

Reviews are done in the App Store App on your iPhone.
O ok thank you so much Phil when should it come up because yesterday I look in The current versions in the app I did not see in the appp store it how long does it take
I'm having same problem. After I write my app review I hit that send button at top right & it takes me back to prior screen & review never posts.
