Question

Unrecognized Device appeared on my Account and getting messages for them.

A New iPhone is showing up on my account and I am getting messages for them. I can remove it. Any Help?

This would sound like someone has successfully used your Apple ID and password to sign in to iCloud on another device.

Definitely change your password ASAP and consider adding 2 Factor Authenticationin addition to Schwigs' suggestions.

Is it showing up on your iCloud account? If so, go to settings, iCloud, devices and remove it on your iOS device or go to iCloud.com and remove it under settings, devices. I'd also suggest on iCloud.com you select "log out of all other web sessions" just to be safe and then change your password.
