Apple Pay pops up by itself?

When it is turned on and it detects an NFC field, it is normal for your iPhone to automatically launch Apple Pay.

It is not possible to change this behaviour. No payment information is sent without your authentication (using Touch ID or your passcode).

(It is also not possible to turn Apple Pay off / on, other than by removing your payment cards and setting the feature up again).

Probably something in the Huawei that triggers it. That must be annoying. I'd simply turn Applepay off when you're at home because there is no way of independent controlling the NFC chip in your iPhone, which is a known fact.
