iTunes error 3194

Hi Dear apple's

My friend gave me a iPhone 4s with screen disable connect to iTunes. He said if I could fix it it will be mine. He can't remember the passcode. I did try to restore/update but get error 3194. Can you please advise what I can do to fix it.

First follow the instructions here:

If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
If you see an error when you update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod - Apple Support

If the issue persists, follow the instructions here for error code 3194:

If you see Error 3194, Error 17, or 'This device isn't eligible for the requested build' in iTunes - Apple Support
