iTunes is "not a valid Win32 application"

when i try to run "itunes setup.exe" i recieve the error message "'C:\Documents and settings\Brown\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\content.IE5LJQPOH\iTunes setupLld.exe' is not a valid Win32 application".how do you make it work?

After being on hold forever and then told it would cost me $30 for apple to troubleshoot, the lady at apple told me that since there are so many people trying to download itunes 7, the server is jammed up and to keep trying. so, i did. After about 10 attempts it downloaded successfully.So keep trying or try late at night when so many people aren't clogging up apple's server. Hope this helps.

Try a different browser than the one you usually use when on the internet.
