Caller ID shows numbers scrambled. Received calls numbers are showing up scrambled with different country codes and area codes that do not exists.

After updating to 10.2 my iPhone 7 now shows incoming calls/numbers in a scrambled format. Whether it is long distance or local the numbers are scrambled.

Hey there, Rsp240.
I see that the phone numbers for incoming calls are showing up incorrectly on your iPhone 7. I'll be happy to help.
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch -- Once your phone has returned to the Home screen, ask a friend/family member to call you to test.
Update your carrier settings on your iPhone or iPad -- You may have an update to your carrier settings. If you do, test the issue once the update has completed.
Call forwarding, call waiting, and other call features on iPhone -- On your phone, tap Settings > Phone. If you see a "Caller ID" setting, turn it off then back on. Test once again.
