Update broke my phone

See If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support and/or If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on - Apple Support.

Try updating your phone from iTunes on a pc or mac. Or try holding down the power and home button on your iPhone ( while connected to power) until you see the " connect to iTunes screen ". From there connect your phone to iTunes and see if you can update or restore your phone.

I was temporarily using an Iphone 6 plus while waiting for my replacement Iphone.

I agreed to an update while only using cellular data, and now the phone is STUCK on connect to Itunes!

I've tried to connect to Itunes using a hotspot, wifi laptop, and then with a direct wired desktop.

Each time before doing ANYTHING I updated the Itunes account with the latest software.

It REFUSES to work or do anything.

WHAT type of PHONE would you call this????? I can make or receive calls, not even 911 emergency!

This phone has been barely used at all, and this was all caused by A COMPANY UPDATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This phone is now a disgusting brick... what good is a great camera if things like this happens and threaten pictures and videos? Someone kindly lent me this phone and now they will lose all of their pictures and videos.

What AN INCONSIDERATE COMPANY TO ALLOW THINGS LIKE THIS TO HAPPEN

What model is your iPhone. May be able to help if you provide that info and what exactly happened after update.
