If you are getting a solid white light after holding down the reset button there is something wrong with your AirPods. You could try fully charging them but I think you are going to wind up having to exchange them.

Hey Guys, after waiting about 6 weeks, my AirPods finally arrived yesterday! After turning around to pick them up, I started to tell my wife how cool they were and how easy it is to set them up. Jump out of the car, open them up, and...nothing. No automatic connection screen, nothing shows up in Bluetooth, Nadda. I've already worked my way through the ranks at AppleCare, with no success, but was hoping maybe someone else experienced this and was able to figure it out. I've tried resetting the phone, network, etc, nothing worked. It has to be the AirPods bc it won't connect to my phone, iPad, laptop, or desktop. When you try to rest the AirPods, you just get a solid white light, no matter how long you hold the reset button. Any new ideas would be wonderful. Thanks in advance for your help!
