how to install ricoh mp 4001 with mac os sierra

I could not set up the IP Printer between Ricoh Mp 4001 and MBP OS Sierra 10.12.3

I did installed the Ricoh drivers and updated then install printer via above Ricoh. But when I print test page (or docs page), Printer prints out many pages, the 1st page contains some error words, the other pages are blank.

I tried to remove and re-install, also restart my MBP but the same result.

I did try all Protocol:

- Internet Printing Protocol - IPP: cannot connect to printer

- Line Printer Daemon - LPD: print but error as above

- HP Jetdirect - Socket: print but error as above

P/s: custom IP Printer on iPhone is ok. I can print from iPhone smoothly.

Thanks/Alex

Hey there, BVTIEN.
It appears you're unable to print correctly to your Richo MP 4001 printer from your MacBook Pro. Good job on updating the drivers and I am happy to help.
macOS Sierra: Add or remove a printer -- Your first question was in regards to installing your printer. This article contains the steps for you to confirm if it was done correctly.
macOS Sierra: Printing troubleshooting -- Use this article to troubleshoot the issue completely.
macOS Sierra: Reset the printing system -- Once you're certain that your printer has been added correctly, but you're still having problems, use this article to reset the printing system.

If you can’t print to your printer and you’ve tried all other solutions, reset the printing system. This process deletes all printers from your list of printers, deletes information about all completed print jobs, and deletes all printer presets.

Let me know how that goes and thanks for using Apple Support Communities!
