Can anyone tell me the address and phone number of the Apple Store in Tel Aviv, Israel (or Tel Aviv suburb)?

It's not available online.

Is there an Apple Store in Israel? I agree that there is no sign of one on Apple's web site while a number of other countries are listed.

Maybe there is an Apple approved store in Tel Aviv?
