Is anyone experiencing super slow download speed in iTunes to download the iPhone software update?
I need it to help recover an locked iPhone...

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately it's disconnect when the download reach about 350mb. I have to download it cause I were helping my grandfather to restore his locked iPhone.
By the way I do notice my mac os update speed also went slow. I suspect there is something wrong with Apple's server.
By the way my current internet speed is around 10mbps. I didn't face this kind of problem with this speed before.

Did it finish downloading for you?
If you can use the phone to download and install the update directly, that usually seems to work pretty smoothly, and I think the size of the download itself may be smaller, as the phone will download only what it needs.
