"NO INTERNET Needs to connect to internet"

This pop up shows on my laptop every time I open my Macbook Air. However, the internet and my connections are fine. Any idea how to stop this? Thanks!

MacBook Air Mid 2013.-OTHER, OS X Mavericks (10.9.5)

Same problem on Macbook Pro, started a few days ago, I believe after after upgrading to High Siera.
