Wifi issues: how can I read Wireless diagnostic?

Hi,


First of all, sorry for my french english !


I have a Macbook Pro Retina 15" 2015 2,2 Ghz processor, 16g RAM and 256g HD, which run under El Capitan 10.11.6.

I have lots of issue with Wifi disconnecting randomly. I've tried NVRAM reset, re installing El Capitan, changing DNS, reset DHCP, erase Wifi connexion and rebuild new one, changing wifi canal on my router, the random wifi issues continue.. It seems not to be hardware issue because when Wifi is disconnected, all the different networks appears in the list.


I've done several Wireless Diagnostics but I don't know how to read them.

Some one can help me to read a wireless diagnostic in order to solve this boring issue?

Try restarting resetting the router.

I'm not an expert in Wi-Fi, but it appears you are using 2 types of security and they are conflicting with each other. That may have to be set by accessing the router's settings.


It also appears there is no connection to the router set up. Try going to System PreferencesNetwork/Wi-Fi, click Advanced, and then select TCP/IP. Set Configure IPv4 to Using DHCP and then click Renew DHCP Lease.

Hi Eric,


Today my wifi issue is coming back... 😟

I've changed my wifi security, changed the channel, it works during a while...

And now i've seen that if i'm next my internet box, very clear, i have signal, and if

I go to my bedroom I lose it..

Is my Wifi card is corrupted???

Hi Eric,

I think I find the problem:


My Macbook pro seems to have a problem of communication with my router in 2,4Ghz Wifi (in my house, on other place i have no problem).

At home I use my smartphone as a modem in 5Ghz Wifi and there's no problem.

Yesterday everything was alright with my router 2,4ghz, all the day connection works well, but this morning, nothing..

I'm lost!


Do you think my Airport Card in the Macbook pro could be corrupted and doesn't work well, or I better change my router to a 5ghz one?
