I just finished the sync transferring some videos to my iphone. The problem is I do not have the app Videos in my phone. I checked everywhere even purchases, camera roll, etc. Nothing there.
How can I find it?

Everything that used to be in the Videos App is now in the TV App, including any videos that were synced to the Videos App from iTunes or downloaded from the iTunes store.
If you can't see your Home Videos in the Tv App, there are some tips here ot get them to appear:
The new TV app has a few bugs in it and doesn't work as well as it should. I did a quick search to find another similar discussion where the home videos didn't show up. There are workarounds in it.
What happened to my downloaded videos in iOS 10.2?

The Idiots at Apple replaced it with a totally useless app called TV. Which does not work if you are not connected to the internet. Can't believe the idiots that Apple are employing these days.
In iOS 10.2 or higher, the Videos app has been replaced by the TV app...if you live in the U.S.
If you are running iOS 10, then there is no Videos App anymore. It has been replaced by the TV App.
