How To Bypass "SIM Card Required" Page

So I bought A Used Iphone 6 plus And I tried To Start It As New Iphone I go Though Everything But Says "SIM Card Required" They Told Me That The Past Owner Owes Money Is There Anyway I Can Bypass That Or Would I Have To Pay

Yes. It doesn't matter what they owe on the phone. It's not your problem.

What they owe is their own problem. All you need to do is get a sim card with AT&T so you can activate the iPhone make calls and send messages and browse webpages etc...
