Why is my bitmoji keyboard not showing automatically when I text even though my keyboard has full access?

All I see via Bitmoji is this page

Enabling your Bitmoji keyboard

1. Go to your iOS Settings
2. Tap General → Keyboard → Keyboards
3. Tap Add New Keyboard → Bitmoji
4. You will be returned to your Keyboard list. From here, tap "Bitmoji"
5. Switch "Allow Full Access" from Off to On

Why do I need to give "Full Access" permission to use the Bitmoji keyboard?

We ask for Full Access permission so that we can download your custom Bitmoji images from our servers. When you enable Full Access, the message that appears onscreen is a standard pop-up from Apple, required for any keyboard that connects to the internet.

Does the Bitmoji keyboard work in all apps?

The Bitmoji keyboard works in apps that support copy/paste, like iMessage. To share in apps that don't have copy/paste, open the Bitmoji app (rather than the keyboard) and share from there.

I opened my Bitmoji app and the new terms of service just popped up automatically.

Bitmoji keyboard is still not working in Messages, I have deleted keyboard in settings>general>keyboard and re added the keyboard plus allowed full access(turned it off and enabled full access again) I even restarted my phone. Still not working.

When pressing on the globe it say Bitmoji English, but it does not work.

I'm having the same problem today. Have you found a solution? Anyone? I've tried everything..restarting phone...i deleted and reinstalled the app, i deleted and reinstalled the bitmoji keyboard and turned on and off full access...no luck.

Was having the same problem, I emailed them and this was their response:

** February 28, 2017: There's a technical issue that is causing the Bitmoji app and the Bitmoji keyboard to crash. We're working as fast as possible to get it back up and running. **

I was having the same problem. I opened the Bitmoji app and there was a new Privacy agreement. I had to agree to it and then my keyboard came back up.

This just solved the problem for me! Easy fix. Thanks!

Where do you agree to the bitmoji terms of service? I've looked through all the privacy stuff but don't see a place to agree
