In the Calendar there is a 'Create Quick Event' feature, the big plus sign on the upper right, that lets you enter an event description which is interpreted and assigned.
I would like that plus sign in the menu bar so I can create an event any time (of any time) - just as I can with Siri.
I click it, I get the field, I enter, and I get a notification of the addition.

Send Apple feedback. They won't answer, but at least will know there is a problem or a suggestion for change. If enough people send feedback, it may get the problem/suggested change solved sooner.

在备忘录里写东西的时候，
1.由所写的东西想到要在某个时间做一件事情。2.突然想起来晚上要去吃饭（和所写的备忘录没有关系）。
以上两种情况，你可以：
1.iOS-在备忘录里输入时间，然后点击完成，再按住刚刚输入的时间（时间下有下划线）就会弹出一个列表，有创建事件、在日历中查看。
2.Mac-在备忘录中输入时间后可以把鼠标移动到时间上，会出现一个虚线框，点击就可以：1.新建事件。2.查看事件。
另外，这个特性我在Apple 帮助文档里没有找到，不知道是不是新特性。日历设置中也有一个：在应用中发现事件，不知道两者是否有联系。
还有，在Scrivener的文字编辑器里输入时间也会出现一个虚线框，但是点击之后没有任何反应。。
