how to recall sent mail in ms outlook 2011

Only with some limitations and only if you have an Exchange account.

Outlook for Mac 2011 or 2016 do not support recalling mail according to any info i could find.

It's so limited in your ability to recall and email, it wasn't added to the most recent Outlook for Mac.
