MacBook 13 inch 2016 screen problem

When I first bought my 13 Inch Macbook Pro (non-touchbar) - I had similar issues. Had to go back to Apple 2 times to exchange the MacBook with a new one.

Hopefully, your issue is just software related - to be safe however, take it to Apple and have them take a look at it. Worse case scenario - they give you a new MacBook Pro and you have to reinstall everything again.

Make a backup of your drive so you can just do a restore if they decide to replace your MacBook Pro.

Hopefully, that's the case with your MacBook Pro - my issues was a little different - constant flickering and distorted graphics.

I have a MBP 13-inch 2016 later model, and have a similar problem when using powerpoint in presentation mode. I have finally found a workaround. When I first start powerpoint and go into presentation mode, it flickers. If I keep powerpoint open, then close the lid to go to sleep, and then open the lid, it seems to run fine.

I just upgraded to Sierra 10.12.4 and it seems to have solved this problem... at least so far, so good.
