I have an issue with MacOs Sierra. When I click lunch pad after the mouse cursor touch a windows edge, it automatically change of shape, like two direction arrow or one direction arrow. I've uploaded a small video. Also it happens when I use the Mac email.

FWIW, it's perfectly normal. Whenever the cursor hovers over the edge of a window it changes to a dbl-arrow cursor to indicate you can resize the window by dragging the window vertically or horizontally.
You're welcome. Well as you can see in the report you have adware installed so you need to remove that by clicking on "Remove". You also have CleanMyMac installed which is one of the worst things you can install. Uninstall that using their instructions.
You also have two different mouse control apps which could conflict.
Get rid of CleanMyMac and the adware and post back.
you have two apps that control the mouse; CursorSense and SteerMouse.
First try starting in Safe Mode by restarting and holding down the shift key right after the chime, until the Apple logo shows. It takes a little longer to boot in Safe Mode. See if you have the same problem while in Safe Mode.
Ive remove steermouse, and boot in safe mode. Still the issue. Before I wrote this post I've reinstalled the OS 3 times with the same results. Also I've tried to reproduce the issue with nothing installed and the problem still there.
Actually I didn't mean for you to uninstall SteerMouse yet. Starting in Safe mode shouldn't let it run.
When you say you reinstalled the OS 3 times were any clean installs? And did you migrate anything over from a backup?
Try creating a new admin user and see if you have the same problem when you are logged into that account.
Well, at this point considering everything you've tried, I would have to conclude it may be a hardware problem. You are still under the 1 year warranty so you may want to make an appointment at an Apple Store to have yours checked.

Thank you, but if you see in the pict I posted, once the cursor changed it doesn't return to the normal arrow. So, in the lunchpad the pointer stays as dbl-arrow.
It doesn't change after you close Launchpad? Sometimes it takes a second or two to redraw cursors.
No, it doesn't. Thats the problem. so when I try to click an app, there is no normal arrow it's the dbl-arrow.
