I have an issue with MacOs Sierra. When I click lunch pad after the mouse cursor touch a windows edge, it automatically change of shape, like two direction arrow or one direction arrow. I've uploaded a small video. Also it happens when I use the Mac email.

try restarting your Mac.
Done, also a NVRAM reset, re-install the OS, etc. I think its a bug.
No, it's not a bug. I have six macs and none of mine do that.

How long have you had the 2016 MBP? Are you using an external mouse? If so, which one?
Im using the Arc Microsft Mouse and I have the mac almost 8 months. And it's becoming very frustrating to have this issue.
What happens if you unpair the mouse and just use the trackpad?
and, do you have ignore the trackpad when using a mouse enabled in the Accessibility settings?
