how do i save a word document essay to my flash drive?

Hello there,

You are unable to save the documents to your usb flash drive because you may not have the drive formatted to the drive that is supported by your mac. You can find how to format your usb here http://osxdaily.com/2012/01/04/format-an-external-hard-drive-or-usb-flash-drive- for-mac-os-x/

• Then after you open Pages you find your usb drive on the left column.
• If you want to correct an existing document you can which is already saved you can save it by pressing Command+S then click on the tab "where" and under devices you should find your usb.
• Finally if the above options don't work you can save the document at any location you like afterwards you can copy it to your USB you can use shortcut for copying "Command + C" for pasting "Command + V".
