My iPhone 7 plus which is less than 2months old got battery swelling issue. I have got a replacement phone under limited warranty and new phone is working fine so far (5days).
I see lot of old phones have this issue but anybody face this issue with 7 or 7 plus?

This is an ongoing problem with iPhones that Apple refuses to address once you're out of warranty. The battery swelling has occurred with my iPhone twice and after not being able to reach a resolution with Apple Store I'm planning to file a small claims suit to get this addressed. This is nothing more than a manufacturing defect if you ask me.
I just got this exact same problem today. My iPhone 7 is about 9 weeks old, so the warranty is definitely still valid. I called up Apple and they said I should bring it in to a Genius Bar, so that's what I'll do tomorrow (the earliest appointment I could get). We'll see what they say. I would honestly hope that they can fix/replace the device without charging me more, especially since I bought the phone at full price about a month before the 8 was released.
Make an appointment at the Apple Genius Bar for service. If needed find an Apple Store - Find a Store - Apple.
